Our Turmeric Wellness Blend was created to make it easy and convenient for anyone to add a little bit of wellness into their daily routine. Having a morning golden milk or turmeric tonic has a multitude of health benefits, including aiding in digestion, restful sleep, promoting healthy skin, and relieving joint pain. We made a conscious decision to keep our blend sugar-free, giving complete control based on each individual’s dietary restrictions or personal preferences. We’ve rounded up some of our favorite ways we like to sweeten our daily cup of gold!

You can use fresh or dried dates (pits removed) and mix it with all ingredients in a blender, or use date sugar or date syrup, found at many health food stores.
