This decadent breakfast, dessert or snack will curb that sweet tooth and help you debloat at the same time. Oh, and it’s paleo and vegan-friendly as well. 1 ½ cups coconut or almond milk
⅓ cup chia seeds
1 teaspoons Citrine Sundays Turmeric Wellness Blend
2-4 tablespoons sweetener of choice (maple syrup, agave, or honey are our faves)
HOW TO ENJOY
Stir all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously to combine.
Cover and let rest in the fridge for a minimum of 3-5 hours or overnight, until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.
Serve chilled with your favorite toppings (fruit, granola, nuts, coconut flakes or cacao nibs).
Consume within 2-3 days.
