We recently sampled our Turmeric Wellness Blend mixed up as a golden milk latte at Unique Market Los Angeles. Our concoction was a hit, so we had to make sure to share the recipe with you for the holidays! We opted to use coconut milk in this recipe since it’s completely free of dairy, lactose, soy, nuts, and grains, making it a great option for anyone allergic to dairy, nut or grain-based milks (but don’t let that stop you from trying those kinds, we also love making this with almond or oat milk too!). Coconut sugar contains inulin fiber which helps slow the absorption of glucose and helps keep blood sugar levels balanced. Some other great sweetener options that we love are monk fruit sweetener, stevia, and manuka honey.

½ teaspoon Citrine Sundays Turmeric Wellness Blend
1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon coconut sugar (or to taste)
HOW TO ENJOY
Scoop Citrine Sundays Turmeric Wellness Blend into a mug.
Heat milk in milk frother or small saucepan, then pour into mug.
Add sweetener, mix thoroughly & drink up.
- An alternative method: Combine the heated milk, Turmeric Wellness Blend & sweetener in a blender for 30 seconds and then pour into mug (this is a great way to combine all of the ingredients and make your latte extra frothy)
- Get fancy and boost your golden milk with coconut butter, collagen or ghee
- Our blend is free of any gums or emulsifiers, so it’s normal to see some spice sediment that settles at the bottom if it sits for a while. Just give your drink a quick stir, or skip the last sip if you prefer
