HOW TO ENJOY
GOLDEN MILK
Looking for a healthy alternative to caffeinated beverages? Gather what you need and get ready to enjoy this latte.
INGREDIENTS
½ - 1 tsp of Citrine Sundays Turmeric Wellness Blend
1 cup (8 oz) of milk or milk alternative
Optional: Start with 1 tsp of your favorite sweetener and add more if your heart desires.
MIX IT UP
1. Heat liquid in a small saucepan; do not let it boil
2. Once heated, start with ½ teaspoon of the Turmeric Wellness Blend and work your way up to 1 teaspoon turmeric blend and juice from the lemon
3. Blend until dissolved - We like using a whisk but a spoon will do!
4. Optional: Add your favorite sweetener to taste (ours is honey)!
COLD TONIC
Inspired by a popular healing beverage in Bali called Jamu, we’ve created a recipe to help give you a quick immunity boost in the morning!
INGREDIENTS
½ - 1 tsp of Citrine Sundays Turmeric Wellness Blend
1 cup (8 oz) cold water
1 slice of a lemon
Optional: Start with 1 tsp of your favorite sweetener and add more if your heart desires.
MIX IT UP
1. Adding sweetener? We suggest first heating up a quarter of the water, stir in and dissolve your favorite sweetener. Then set it aside until cooled and follow the steps below!
2. Pour the sweet water and remaining water into a glass, add the turmeric blend and juice from the lemon
3. Energetically stir to dissolve and enjoy.
Feeling adventurous? Shake it up with ¾ cup coconut water + ¼ cold water, that's it!
Pro Tip: Make a few cups to enjoy this cold tonic throughout the week! Refrigerate in a sealed glass container and shake before serving.
